How can I offer my customers the tax-free service?  

You register for the tax-free service with the Worldline partner Global Blue. Once registered, you receive a "tax-free shopping available here" sticker that shows your international customers that you offer the tax-free service. When your international customers buy goods from you, they receive the goods along with a tax-free form. When your customer leaves the EU, customs stamp this tax-free form and the Worldline partner Global Blue refunds the customer the VAT they paid, minus a handling charge.  You will then receive an invoice from Global Blue for the VAT, which you in turn can deduct from the taxes you pay.
